The TBi Group conducted a leadership skills training for all its department heads at Bajeko Sekuwa, Battisputali on November 22. The participants eagerly participated throughout the day in the program scheduled for a Saturday. Professional trainer Mr. Sunny Gurung conducted the training in his conceptual framework with well-defined content and enjoyable games. The participants said their confidence level was boosted after this training and hoped to implement the skills learned in their respective departments.
